The VTS (Virtual Tissue Simulator) is an open source library for .NET that was designed as a modular and scalable platform to provide an integrated suite of computational tools to define, solve, visualize, and analyze relevant forward and inverse radiative transport problems in Biomedical Optics.

Added a new Monte Carlo detector Flu(rho,z,ft) and unit test. Beefed up unit test for Flu(x,y,z,ft) to check the integral of fluence sums to Atot/mua as I did in unit test for Flu(rho,z,ft).
Added a new Monte Carlo detector Flu(fx,z) and unit test.
Added Flu(fx,z) to SimulationInputProvider so that the user has example of how to define it in an Monte Carlo infile.
Added code to enable generation of Fluence(rho,z,ft) for the two-layer SDA solution.
