The VTS (Virtual Tissue Simulator) is an open source library for .NET that was designed as a modular and scalable platform to provide an integrated suite of computational tools to define, solve, visualize, and analyze relevant forward and inverse radiative transport problems in Biomedical Optics.

* Updated all the NuGet packages.
* Monte Carlo Post Processor now has command line option "inpath" that enables the user to overwrite
the InputFolder in the infile and specify an absolute path. Note that "outpath" which specifies
the location of the results already exists.
* Added a new ROfRhoAndMaxDepth detector that determines the maximum depth each photon attained
for each rho detector specified.
* Fixed bug in RadianceOfFxAndZAndAngle detector so that now it is not a cylindrical detector.
