SharpRTSP wrapper

This project is based on SharpRealTimeStreaming,
which itself is a thin wrapper around the fantastic SharpRTSP.

The main addition here is SharpRTSPServerMulti —
a simple RTSP server that supports multiple streams, each mapped to its own URI.
