Unsigned Assembly

Corrected a problem with bf.FileMetaData GetFileMetaData(string FilePath) which caused the function to fail if the data at FilePath is a bfMatrix, bdMatrix, or bcrMatrix.
This corrects problems which occurred in the following functions:
bfMatrix(string FilePath, out FileMetaData MetaData),
bdMatrix(string FilePath, out FileMetaData MetaData), and
bcrMatrix(string FilePath, out FileMetaData MetaData)

Revised the routines which output the FileMetaData so that RowLength and ColumnLength are always output, even if both are equal one.

Revised the routines which output the FileMetaData so that Precision is evaluated as the maximum mantissa length, converted to the base 10 equivalent, if the function in question does not require a precision value.

Checks for arithmetic overflow or underflow are again compiler-included in this release.
