Unsigned Assembly
Corrected a deficiency in precision in the case:
If x and y are bf objects, the operation 'x / y' produced output with precision bf.GlobalPrecision rather than bf.GlobalPrecision + bf.Threshold + 4.
Updated the Xml documentation to more accurately describe the precision of the outputs of the various public functions and operators.
Checks for arithmetic overflow or underflow are again compiler-included in this release.
