EveCrest: You can no longer switch between Authendicated and Public mode after object creation. Added two new ctors for creating a EveCrest instance in Authenticated mode. Added support for automatic paging of collection resources when used in LINQ queries! Added EveCrest.LoadImage() for loading icons and portraits. Added support for XRequestedWith, UserAgent and Charset to CrestRequestHandler. A copy of the web response headers is now available in every CrestResource response. Added support for a few more CREST resources. Added missing resources to CrestRoot. Many other tweaks and fixes.
