The main change of this version is the use of the HttpClient instead of a HttpWebRequest. This change was needed because HttpWebRequest was not reliable enough on Xamarin based Apps.

This version also includes:
- A new RestManager has been introduced, UncommonRequestHelper, this uses the HttpClient instead of the old HttpWebRequest.
- Old use of RestRequest/Helper etc have been marked as deprecated and have been replaced by the Uncommon classes.
- Various other tiny change which I unfortunately forgot :(
