General
New Function:

Added the following functions for the Live Broadcast scenario:

For all the platforms: Added the host-in authentication function. For details, refer to Host-in Authentication .
For all the platforms: Added the function of setting the resolution, bitrate, frame rate of the low video stream for the live broadcast scenario. Contact sales-us@agora.io to get the details if needed.
For all the platforms(except for Web): In a live broadcast scenario, the host can customize the resolution and bitrate for the channel when calling joinChannel().
Bug Fixed:

Fixed the issue of unable to receive any stream when in the monitoring mode.
Improved the user experience of joining a live broadcast within a second.

Android Specific Updates
New Function:

Added the function of using the external Texture as input when users capture the video data by themselves. For details, refer to Use External Texture Input(useExternalTextureInput) in Live Broadcast API - Android.
Added an independent dynamic library for the users to load if encrytion is required. For details, refer to Data Encryption.
Bug Fixed:

Fixed the occasional crash issue on HuaWei Phone.
Fixed the issue of hardware encoding crash on Xiaomi Mobile Phones.
Fixed the issue of unable to set the high and low video streams before calling enableVideo().
Fixed the audio device selection issue.
Fixed a series of issues related to audio routing.
Fixed the hardware encoding issue related to MT6753.
Fixed the push-stream failure caused by the deadlock of the push-stream application.
