Grid Control:

The Syncfusion® WinForms Grid Control is a cell-oriented control for displaying tabular data. It does not make any assumptions regarding the structure of the data. Users can customize it down to the cell level. It can be used in a virtual manner, in which the data is provided on-demand in real time, or it can be used in a manner in which the cell grid maintains the data within its own internal structures.
