Enhancement update. Improved parsing performance of delimited and fixedwidth files by replacing the TextfieldParser with a home grown parser.  This also removed the dependency on Microsoft.VisualBasic libary.  Made some Sqlite tweaks and updated theSystem.Data.SQLite.Core dll to version 1.0.109.0.  Now supports .Net Standard 2.0.
