Open Telemetry Compatibility

Each project exposes histogram metrics, which allow monitoring the duration and count of ExecuteAsync invocations.

The meter names match the project names.

The Open Telemetry Sample shows how to collect CronJob metrics using the Prometheus Open Telemetry exporter.
