Packof7.Australia.SharePoint Setup

This package is a simple library which helps provide SharePoint functionality via REST API calls. This package currently does not work well with SharePoint Online, however is perfectly OK (as far as I know) to use with SharePoint On-Premise Scenarios.

Configuration

To Configure the SharePoint library, start by configuring the necessary information in the appsettings.json:

"SharePoint": {
    "RootURL": "SITE_URL",
    "Username": "USERNAME",
    "Password": "PASSWORD",
    "Domain": "DOMAIN",
    "LogInformation": true/false,
    "LogErrors": true/false
},

Then simply add the SharePointService as a singleton to the project in the ConfigureServices() method, and configure the SharePoint configuration.

services.AddSharePoint();
services.Configure<SharePointConfiguration>(Configuration.GetSection("SharePoint"));

You will then be able to inject the ISharePointService into any class you desire, and be able to connect and query SharePoint
