Namespace change from "Mere" to MereDb".  Changed the MereQuem class to Mere and added a lot of new generic factories for creating queries, executing simple queries, preforming bulk operations, and checking/getting the MereTable for a class/table. Added much of the top options to "MereQuery" class. Added "TaskWatcher" to handle chunked parallel throttling. made use of Async method for SQL IO.
