LinuxPublisher

LinuxPublisher is a .NET tool that automates the process of publishing ASP.NET Core projects to a Linux-x64 target.

Installation

You can install LinuxPublisher globally using the following command:

dotnet tool install --global LinuxPublisher

Usage

Once installed, you can use LinuxPublisher in your ASP.NET Core project directory to publish the project. Run the following command:

publish-project

This command will publish the project with the following setup:

  • Destination: bin/Release/net8.0/publish/linux-x64
  • Target framework: Current project .NET version
  • Deployment mode: Framework dependent
  • Target runtime: linux-x64
