Added GetExecutingFile in Tools that uses the native method GetModuleFileName to get the executing file.
Updated GetExecutingDirectory to use GetExecutingFile to get the executing directory.
Renamed E...Controls in Controls...Plus to better highlight their original name (the old controls are still available but deprecated).
Optimized OnVStateChanged to set the correct initial v-state.
Fixed a problem preventing some WindowCommands to be executed at window state changing.
