## New Features
- Added ``IEnumerable<_>.FirstIndexOrNone``.
- Added `TryValue` for ``Option<_>`` and `TryGet`, `TryValue` and `TryError` for ``IResult<_, _>``.
   - These methods are useful and performant because of declaration expressions introduced in C# 7.

## Improvements
- ``IOption<_>.ToStructOption`` no longer causes boxing.
- ``Option<_>.ToString`` no longer causes boxing.
- Added exception types to comment of methods which may throw.

## Non-functional changes
- You can now new up ``Option<_>`` instead of ``OptionModule. Some`` or ``Option<_>.None``.

The below two are breaking change but usually non-effective.

- Changed the type of ``OptionModule.None``.
- Changed the result type of ``IEnumerable<Option<_>>.Choose``.
