因该版本代码更新量大，涉及各项目，本次更新日志不对各项目拆分单独编写，Core项目更新日志将代表所有的更新内容：
1.现有DTO字段追加example示例值，供Swagger文档默认读取和加载；
2.新增服务接口ICacheService及其Memory和Redis的实现；
3.增加“缓存配置静态类”CacheConfig,增加通过IServiceProvider获取缓存服务方法GetCacheService()；
4.IUserInfo接口新增IdentityInfo身份信息及其相关实现；
5.新增用户缓存接口“IUserCacheService”及其实现；
6.新增用户资源缓存接口“IUserResourceCacheService”及其实现；
7.重构UserCacheAttribute结构及其逻辑；
8.RedisService增加Json序列化默认设置；
9.移除Root类的抽象类定义，支持部分需求场景下的实例化转换；
10.重构Resource相关的API资源授权代码结构和实现方式：
10.1.移除原“ResourceAuthorize.cs”文件，将其代码内容根据功能职责拆分为不同类至Resource目录下分别维护（原命名空间保持不变）；
10.2.新增ResourceDelegate类存放“获取用户资源集”和“刷新资源”的逻辑委托定义（均采用请求管道中的Service容器），并存放部分静态方法；
10.3.精简并优化RefreshResources方法，移除原依赖的ResourceAttributeView类；
10.4.原对外提供依赖能力的“ResourceAuthorizeBase”调整为“ResourceValidationAttribute”，业务项目的启用方式调整为[ResourceValidation]，优化整体授权校验逻辑，验证依赖单元由DbContext调整为CacheService（后续考虑将RefreshResources逻辑移出至其他合理的启动位置）；
11.AddWebAuthServices扩展方法将注册默认的Resource相关AppDelegate；
12.NavigationService和RoleService修改操作时清空User相关缓存；
13.纠正“”单用户重置密码“编码问题
