- Fixed issues with Verbosity and Debug.
- Cleaned up Logging code.
- Removed WIP Code.
- Added Encoding to LogFile class, the default is UTF-8.

2021-07-26 @ 16:14 CST (Chicago):
- Updated Logger to output error status through the Console.Error stream.
- Added Verbosity.
- Fixed Internal Logger issue which caused output to not actually output to a log file.
   - The Internal Verbosity can be set with Logger.InternalVerbosityLevel if you don't want LoggerSharp's internal logger to return a specific type of output.
- Internal Logger (LoggerSharp) only outputs debug information when using a pre-release version of LoggerSharp.
