Due to the advances with Visual Studio and to make coding easier, all of the Tungsten projects have been re-integrated into a single project (and NuGet package).  Also removed support for .Net Framework 2.0 and 3.5.

This command is intended to be used within the Package Manager Console in Visual Studio, as it uses the NuGet module's version of Install-Package.

This update largely breaks backward compatability.
Greatly simplified the Client.  There is now only one Call method and waiting for a response is Task based.
Client and Server are now secured with RSA encryption by default.
Updated Tungsten and Tungsten.Net references
