Creates a token based on a custom mask. Also provides string, byte[] hex, and Base64 encoded formats. Best use is for small server licensing projects and or creating tokens that provide standalone verification.

Tokens are generated in under 1ms after the intial token is created. RNGCryptoServiceProvider is used to provide uniquness so the first time it is fired up it takes 30 - 40ms to generate the first token.
