Please abide by Apache's (SOLR) and Oracle's (Java JRE) licenses. This package includes a simple deployment utility and launcher utility, to deploy and/or launch Apache SOLR 7.3.0, along with a 64-bit Windows JRE. There is a 7zip self-extracting payload embedded within the main assembly. This is not a particularly efficient approach, as the AppDomain consuming the assembly will bloat. There is a simple wrapper API included to deploy SOLR, as well as to launch SOLR.
