Summary

File Converter Plugin under active development. Functionality and documentation my change without notice.

This plugin provides programmatic access to file conversion and resize. It will help you convert IFormFile into System.Drawing.Image & Base64 String. You will be able to resize the file with its provided extension and in the data type that you want (currently - IFormFile, Image and Base64String).

Converts file data type and resize file.

Methods

IsValidImage():

- Extension method for IFormFile
- Checks whether the file is image type or not
- Returns true or false
- Eg;   
            iformFileObj.IsValidImage();

ToImage():

- Extension method for IFormFile
- Converts IFormFile into System.Drawing.Image type
- Returns Image or throws exception is IFormFIle is not image type
- Eg;   
            var image = iformFileObj.ToImage(); 
   

ToFormFile(string name, string name = "filename", string extension = ".png"):

- Extension method to base64string (string).
- Converts base64 string into image file.
- Returns IFormFile or throws exception is not image.
- Arguments name and extension are optional.
- Eg;   
            var iformFile = base64String.ToFormFile();
- Extensions are also available for conversion into Image, base64 and IFormFile.

ResizeToImage(ImageSizes size):

- Extension method for IFormFile, Image and base64.
- ImageSizes is Enum Namespace is Sigma.Converter.Enumerations .
- Returns Resized Image
- Eg;   
            var image = iformFileObj.ResizeToImage(ImageSizes.x32);
            var image = image.ResizeToImage(ImageSizes.x64);
            var image = base64String.ResizeToImage(ImageSizes.x128);
- ResizeToBase64(ImageSizes size) is also available where you can resize and convert from IFormFile, Image and base64 String.
