* More robust launching mechanism thats compatible with VS 2012 test runners,
     ASP.NET, or generally any other disk location.
     * Upgraded to MS Open Tech Redis, based on 2.4.11 -- this build implements
     copy on write on Windows.  This will be the 'official' Windows build.
     * x64 support stripped (for now at least) - all tests use x86 Redis
     regardless of host platform
