Parameterizes the SAML token of sessions captured from Fiddler into a WebTest so it is possible to execute a recorded web test later by injecting SAML token parameters from a STS of your choice. This is a fork from WSTrustFiddlerWebTestExport and this Nuget package is recommended instead for general purpose.
