Previously, the RPC logic contained in this project was packaged with the full MCWrapper package which became to unwieldy to maintain and has been broken into two seperate projects.
MCWrapper.RPC and MCWrapper.CLI are the two projects with MCWrapper.CLI still in testing and unreleased at the moment.

Code comments added to RPC clients
AddMultiChainCoreServices Extension changed to AddMultiChainCoreRpcServices

Breaking changes present.
BlockchainProfileOptions is now BlockchainRpcOptions.
AddMultiChainCoreServices extension changed to AddMultiChainCoreRpcServices.
Rpc clients return all Tasks versus awaiting them, changed to improve performance.
Rpc clients have optional parameters present for some methods, they are marked as such now.
OSDetection removed as it is not necessary for RPC clients.

MCWrapper.Data.Models, MCWrapper.Ledger.Actions, MCWrapper.Ledger.Entities are now separate projects that represent shared libraries between MCWrapper.RPC and MCWrapper.CLI
