I updated DataJuggler.Net.Core to use System.Data.SqlClient Rc1 that was released yesterday.

This is still considered preview because System.Data.Rc1 is still in preview, although at Rc1 it is believed to be stable.

I am building sample videos for Blazor / Dot Net Core now using these libraries so I should catch any early bugs in the new few days.
