Microsoft Cache object is great, but it has one serious problem. When cache expires and we have a lot of requests which need cached data either all of them have to try to get data directly not from cache or requests have to wait for the first one to finish. Controtex.SmartCache in such case returns old data (dirty data) until new request fills up the cache
