ConfigStream is a dynamic configuration management library for .NET, designed to facilitate consistent and flexible configuration handling across distributed microservices.
     Configurations can be stored and changed dynamically, enabling developers to easily manage settings for their applications.
     The library supports an optional scopeId (akin to correlationId) that ensures the consistency of configuration values from the start to the end of a single flow.
