CODEWORX DEVELOPER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Permission is herby granted, free of charge, for non-commercial use as well as commercial use, as log as:

• this software component is an integrated part of another software product and solely used as the authentication solution for that product,
• this software component is not used for a product, that itself is an identity server solution.
• the identity server features provided by this software component are not separately licensed and/or billed.
• this software component is not used for a product categorized as a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution.

If the above conditions apply to your product, your are free to use and distribute this software component with your product.

No permission is granted to copy, modify, publish or sublicense this software component.

ENTERPRISE LICENSE AGREEMENT

If your product does not comply with conditions stated in the above DLA, a separate Enterprise License Agreement is required.

You are not authorized to redistribute any other file contained in the Software.

INSTALLATION AND USE

The license granted in this DLA for you to create your own compiled programs and distributes your programs and the Redistributables (if any), is subject to all of the following conditions:

1. You may not remove or alter any CODEWORX copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notice contained in any portion of CODEWORX libraries, source code if provided, Redistributables or other files that bear such a notice;
2. CODEWORX provides no warranty at all to any person, other than the Limited Warranty provided to the original purchaser of the SOFTWARE, and you will remain solely responsible to anyone receiving your programs for support, service, upgrades, or technical or other assistance, and such recipients will have no right to contact CODEWORX for such services or assistance;
3. CODEWORX is never responsible for any data loss which may occur.
4. You will indemnify and hold CODEWORX its related companies and its suppliers, harmless from and against any claims or liabilities arising out of the use, reproduction or distribution of your programs;
5. Your programs must add primary and substantial functionality, and may not be merely a set or subset of any of the libraries, code, Redistributables or other files of the SOFTWARE;
6. You may not use CODEWORX or any of its supplier’s names, logos, or trademarks to market your programs.

LIMITED WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
