为什么要使用通讯库？
1.集成线程安全通讯队列，一发一收为一个队列任务，可以多线程添加，线程安全。

5.使用标准库开发，支持.net framework 4.8，.net core， .net 5，.net6，甚至是Xamarin（Android）。
