To levearage type resolution from IoC, please make sure that the following registrations take place for each Type that needs to be created by
Csla.Abstractions.ObjectActivator (this assumes you are using Autofac as the IoC implementation):
o register type for each Interface-ConcreteType combination you want to resolve
Example: myBuilder.RegisterType<MyConcreteType>().As<IMyInterface>();
o register a IObjectPortal of IType for the targerted Csla type
Example: myBuilder.RegisterType<ObjectPortal<IMyInterface>>().As<IObjectPortal<IMyInterface>>();
