Aspose.Imaging for .NET is an imaging library that lets developers create, edit, draw or convert images in their .NET applications. Aspose.Imaging provides features that go beyond the native capabilities of the development platform. It works independent of other applications and although Aspose.Imaging allows you to save to Adobe PhotoShop® format (PSD), you do not need PhotoShop on the machine.

Aspose.Imaging for .Net has been updated to version 2.4.0 and we are pleased to announce it.
The following is a list of changes in this version of Aspose.Imaging.
Major Features
We are happy to announce that a long awaited feature (IMAGING-32164) of Dwg to Pdf conversion is now available. Now we support reading and conversion to Pdf of the Autocad 2004 Dwg file format (version 16.0 Release 18). We continue the hard work to support the other Autocad versions and Autocad 2010 support is currently under development. Please note we currently support the following main Autocad 2004 primitives: TEXT, MTEXT, ATTDEF, ATTRIB, ARC, ELLIPSE, HATCH, LEADER, POINT, VERTEX 2D, VERTEX 3D, POLYLINE 2D, LWPOLYLINE, RAY, CIRCLE, DIMENSION ORDINATE, DIMENSION LINEAR, DIMENSION ALIGNED, DIMENSION ANG 3Pt, DIMENSION ANG 2Ln, DIMENSION RADIUS, DIMENSION DIAMETER, SHAPE, SOLID, SPLINE, MLINE, LINE, XLINE, STYLE, DIMSTYLE, LTYPE, MLINESTYLE, LAYER, VIEWPORT, LAYOUT.
Additionally we have greatly reworked the Imaging engine and improved the overall performance for bmp file format (IMAGING-34110). The bmp file format now supports raw data loading and processing of the bmp file format is now greatly improved. We will continue the raw data support and future releases will contain more file formats covering that feature.
